Any of the 3 credit report agencies, e.g. Experian
if you are turned down for credit, you will get a leter in the mail that will offer you a copy of your credit report. just accept it.
Contact the institution that turned you down. They are required by law to tell you why they turned you down and provide you the credit references that they based their decision upon.
