Do I have certain rights when dealing with a lender? I realize my credit is not the greatest, but this kind of shoddy treatment is unacceptable. They ding my credit by running my credit, and apparently did it under my free annual report, so now I can’t even find out my credit report or score without paying again! I should also be eligible for FHA, and time is ticking away on the $8,000 cash back program.
I am a disabled veteran, by the way.
