An account in your exhusband has fraudulent set up an account in the credit is extended to confirm your word that you did not create the credit bureaus will be taken.
The police and find out what your options are.
Here is what you do…You sue his *** under the FCRA…if you live in California or a state with a better protection that the FCRA, you sue him under the state law…
You can get $1000 FOR EACH time he checked your credit…This is totally illegal what he is doing, and a court will ***** him good for it.
The best free credit score it gives all three different bureaus.
