Talking to a person at the credit bureaus won’t help you much. They are just take messages. If the problem is you couldn’ t access your credit report online, send a letter requesting your free annual report. Include a copy of your social security card, driver’s license, and a utility bill in your name.
Trying to deal with them by phone is the worst approach. Do it in writing. And you have to deal with each of the three separately.
