Why can’t I access the Annual Credit Report Website?

I am stationed overseas with the military and I am starting to think that we are being blocked by somebody???
The website is inacessible onbase on home computer, but I was able to access the website at work, so it can be accessed overseas. It is a safe website. Many military members overseas are having the same problem. I would think somebody out there would know the answer to this question???

The report they produce is purchased from one of these websites they simply take personal information you give them and store it.

The site was set up to be extremely secure think its safe to go there when you will have easier access to be extremely secure think its safe to.
