Need to find my annual “real free credit report” for SC?

I am told that according to SC state law I am allowed 1 free credit report per year, however I am having trouble obtaining it without use of a credit or debit card. This is supposed to be free so why would you need one right? Can anyone tell me what website I could obtain this information or a different route to obtain it??
