Don’t worry….this is a verification method to prevent people from getting into your credit files….If someone other than you had verified this trick question about a mortgage with a “yes,” it would have alerted Equifax to not let them see your credit report. This is a good thing….

Was that a question to verify your account or it’s in your credit report ?if it in your credit report go on to this web site and you can dispute it on line. You can get your free credit report once a year.
