I have no credit report?

My bankruptcy was discharged 3 weeks ago..
I went to that website to request my free annual credit report..and they told me that they can’t locate it. I also got a letter from Trans Union stating the same thing.

Is this normal???

   I recently saw a report where transunion had stated they where unable to find information. I would defiantly give them a call or wright them a letter asking for a quick response.
