Credit Fraud how do I find out more?

I did my free annual report on my credit, and it states that I opened a mortgage when I was 9 and a car loan at 11. I know its my dad that used my information. I am sure of it, but How do I find out more about it like what state the house was in and things like that?

Ask your credit agency.

Welcome to the world of parental identity theft.
Hopefully your Dad hasn’t unloaded bad credit onto your credit report.
The easiest way to find out what house you “own” is to ask your dear Dad.
If he is current on his mortgage and made payments faithfully you will be one of the few lucky ones that actually benefited from your Dad using your Social Security Number to get a loan.
If not you have a choice to make:
Prosecute Dad for Identity Theft or try to clean up the mess on your own. Since you were so young when he opened the mortgage and car loan it should not be a problem to dispute these entries on your credit report and all the Credit Bureaus online sites have the forms you need and an explanation on what they need from you to dispute an item on your report.
Good Luck

You need to call the police and file a report against your father for fraud. Show the police the credit report and explain that you were 9 and 11 then.
Also call the bank or company that has the car loan and mortgage. His credit is probably bad so he used you good credit. By law his car and house then BELONG TO YOU if it is all in your name.
You need to file a criminal report against your dad to save your credit. I know it is your father but you have to save yourself. He is a jerk who used your good name to get himself stuff.
