Anyone else have trouble getting their free credit reports?

Transunion and Equifax will NEVER give me the free credit report I am entitled to online. Has anyone been able to get their annual credit report from these agencies? I feel they are scam artists. Experian is the only one that lets me get the report online. They give no reason for this, just saying my account access is suspended. This has been going on for years now since the program started.
I AM going through the official site, www.annualcreditreport.com
Ever try calling one of those automated services? It’s a pain in the ****. The stupid voice recognition thing gets half the information wrong. They should give me the report online as Experian does.
My question is: Has anybody else had trouble getting your free credit reports? I have all the information I need to get mine; but they won’t let me get it. I want to know if others have had this problem.
Oh well thanks for trying but no best answer so far — I have followed the proper procedures and go through the proper web site. I put no alert on my file and I don’t know of any freeze or anything like that. I have no problem getting the report from Experian. The others will not give them to me.

I have gotten my credit reports online from all three via every year for the last four years so I know it works.
No trouble.
You have to follow the procedure. You must use the government specified annualcreditreport.com and not contact the bureau through their normal pay web site.
There might be some kind of security problem. Is there a fraud alert or did you freeze your file? Maybe they can’t determine it’s really you.
Send a letter to each credit bureau asking for your free report. You will need to include a copy of your social security card, driver’s license (check the website to see what else). You should have no problems getting the report.
