Anyone else have problems verifying when buying/getting a Transunion report?

I share your pain! I had to photocopy my drivers liscence and social security number and then pay to fax it to them so that I could get mine!
Sometimes there is some irregularity, such as the address, and the credit bureau won’t give you the report online. This is really safeguarding your credit information.
You may have to request the credit report by mail, including a copy of driver’s license and social security card. I think they also want a copy of a utility bill showing your address. It doesn’t take that much longer to get the report by mail.
The answers above are correct. However, also send them a letter disputing the incorrect address information and telling them to remove it from the credit report.
