annual report is saying I I have a mortgage?

Equifax asked me what mortgage company I had in or arround may 2004 as a security question to validate my identity. They listed 4 companies and “none of the above”, when I selected “none” they sd that they were unable
to give me rpt online and now I nd 2 mail n stuff and I never did anything like that, and I can’t even see my credit report and no other companies wont give me my credit report either ….?!??!
