credit report using checking account?

I got my free annual credit reports at the beginning of the year, and now that my income is steady, id like to get a subscription to one of the websites that give you all three and your fico scores. all of them are paid, but they require a debit/credit card. I dont have one because i honestly just dont trust myself like that anymore. I have a checking account without a debit card so i cant overdraft easily. its better for me that way. is there a credit report site that you can pay for with a checking account? or does everything use a debit card now?
