yesterday i went to get a cellphone and i got denied……they said my info did not match what they had on file…..so i couldnt get a contract w/ sprint……months before the same thing happened when i got a credit card …they told me that whenever they pulled up my SS#, another person would pop up…..what should i do…..i tried getting my annual free credit report…and i was only able to get one……i am still waiting on the other 2 (because the address i live in does not match what they have on file for me)……its scary ……what should i do?

I had a chapter 7 discharged in January of ‘09. In February ‘09 I did a free credit report check and my credit score was 634. I started receiving credit card offers and finally accepted one in May, with a $39 annual fee and a $300 credit limit. I’ve paid it off in full, on time, each month, and am considering asking them to increase my credit limit (in order to improve my credit score). If they increase the limit I will still continue to pay it in full each month. What are the chances of them saying yes? Thanks for your consideration.
